Continental cuisine is served in this casual fine dining room with
impeccable service, all set to the backdrop of the Vasquez Creek and
Arapahoe National Forest. Dinner is served Wednesday to Sunday 5:00pm
– 9:00pm.

Stube
Specialties such as the Swiss Matterhorn, Meat Fondue Lucerne and
Chocolate Decadence are served amid an impressive collection of
European folklore coasters, Edelweiss design china and legendary
weinhaebers. The bar features a vast selection of European beers,
premium liquor and many different wines by the glass. Tradition is the
first thought that comes to mind when you see the classic attire worn
by the staff, milking jackets. Fondue is served Wednesday to Sunday during the
Winter months 5:00pm – 9:00pm and for parties of ten or more
during
Spring, Summer or Fall with 48hours advanced notice. Please call for

The
Lounge
The Inn’s lounge serves breakfast to house guests five days a
week
8:30am – 9:30am. The full service European breakfast includes
fresh
pastries and breads, cereals, fruits, meats and cheeses, international
teas and coffees along with a daily hot entrée.
Lunch is served Wednesday to Sunday from 11:30am – 2:00pm in the Spring,
Summer and Fall
only and features salads, sandwiches, soups and some of the most
traditional European dishes.
